Every package includes on-site photography for the full booked duration, professional editing and color correction, delivery via private online gallery with full download access, a standard digital license for web, social media, email, and press use, and 1 hour of pre-event arrival time built into every booking at no additional charge.

24hr Rush Delivery — +$150
Overtime (beyond 8 hours) — $400/hr, billed in 30-minute increments

How It Works

Date, location, run-of-show basics, and what you need the images to do (press, social, archive).
2. Confirm + lock coverage
I’ll confirm availability, recommend the right package for your event, and align on turnaround and licensing. Then I’ll send a simple agreement to sign and a deposit invoice to lock your date.
3. Coverage on-site
I work fast, prioritize the moments that matter, and deliver coverage that captures arrivals, crowd energy, key interactions, and the details that tell the full story.
4. Delivery
Edited high-res JPEGs delivered via private online gallery with full download access. Standard turnaround is 5 business days. Rush delivery available for an additional fee.
